Ellis is now seven months old and she is such a big girl! She is so active, I could barely get her to sit still next to the owl for some pics. Check it out...

At seven months old, Ellis...
- Is crawling (more like "frogging") all over the floor.
- Loves smooshy solid foods, like pureed sweet potatoes, avocado, blueberries, and bananas.
- Sits up on her own from crawling or tummy position.
- Is fascinated by the elusive kitty and doesn't quite understand that yelling at her only makes her run away.
- Babbles. I swear she said mama the other day.
- Spends a lot of time on the floor playing with all of her toys. Her favorites right now are the stacking rings and nesting cups.
- Holds in her giggles. Every now and again, she lets a couple of chuckles out, but for the most part this girl just smiles really big and holds in her laughter every time she gets tickled. I can't wait for the day that she just giggles uncontrollably.
- Is almost pulling herself up onto furniture.
- Still loves reading.
- Loves to watch shadows and sunlight dance across the floors and walls.
- Is snuggly and loves hugs.
- Likes to play peek-a-boo under a blanket.
